Great location! Right next to big snow play which is amazing and only a short drive to stores and downtown. The staff was friendly and very helpful, had trouble getting my car out of the snow and staff was quick to jump in and help!
The stay was great with Oktoberfest being down the street. A HUGE thanx to Jess he was extremely helpful and went above beyond in helping in jump starting my car. I will definitely come back next year. Thank you again Jess !!
Great location !! Customer service was lacking. I went to front desk for ice from the ice machine but it was empty. When I asked the 2 people behind the front desk, I was told it was out and there was no more. No, sign of refilling the machine, explanation or solution. Luckily it was not a hot day. My room was missing the smoke detector. The price of the rooms was reasonable and plenty of parking.
Perfect for a last minute weekend trip for Oktoberfest which is right across the street. Decent and clean if you just need a place to shit, shower, and sleep. There were 4 of us but they only provided enough towels for 2. It was nice to still see a motel with a fridge and microwave in room in case that’s of any importance to anyone who needs to keep things refrigerated or to put leftovers. Front desk service was nice but they only provided 1 key card for the 4 of us.
Rooms are on the smaller size but cozy , beds are full size but comfy, heater gets the room warm in a few minutes, shower gets hot and stays hot. Service was great! Very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the tube sledding
We were able to get a room at the last minute on a Sat night! 2 beds reasonably priced for a busy weekend! AA conference & October fest happening! Friendly service easily accessible rooms! First floor great parking
